Plants are living biological organisms. While we grade and condition all specimens to match our catalog dimensions and vitality metrics, minor variations in leaf shape, variegation patterns, foliage count, and exact height are natural hallmarks of organic growth.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. In rare occurrences where a living specimen exhibits seasonal stress prior to dispatch, Plantrix Botanics reserves the right to hold dispatch for hydration recovery or offer an equivalent healthy alternative.
